*NEW - Cruising the Mekong
Bringing guests closer to the magnificent heart of Southeast Asia, Akorn presents a stylish three-night cruise on the Boheme, one of the most elegant boats to ply along the mighty Mekong as part of a new five-vessel fleet.
The Mekong River is among Southeast Asia’s longest and most celebrated waterways, touching seven diverse Asian nations along its 4,350-kilometer route from the Tibetan Plateau to the South China Sea.
Traveling along some of the most scenic parts of the river, the Boheme winds through untamed lands between majestic Luang Prabang and laid-back Chiang Khong, at the Laos-Thailand border.
Experience this glorious part of the world where art and culture are timeless, stopping at the famous Pak Ou caves, a place of pilgrimage containing over 2,500 Buddha images, as well as local villages and hill tribes that continue to make traditional handicrafts and Lao whiskey.
With just 13 suites, a journey on Boheme is peaceful and intimate. Recline on the sundeck, retreat to the lounge or indulge in a rewarding spa treatment, all while savoring the calm and tranquil surroundings of the river. Each suite features air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and private balcony.
Prices are available on request. For more information or to make a booking, please contact our Country Manager, Belinda.
