Day 1 - Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport - drive to Arusha

 Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met by a Guardian Angel and transferred to Machweo Spa Retreat in Arusha.

Machweo, Kiswahili for sunset, is an idyllic setting to enjoy spectacular sundowners and the perfect location to enjoy a wide range of cosmetic, relaxing and stimulating treatments. Its revitalizing steam-baths and invigorating saunas are experiences worth looking forward to.

Day 2 - Arusha to Tarangire

 This morning you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your flight to Lake Manyara airstrip departing at 08.00 arriving at 08.25. You will be met by a lodge representative and transferred to the lodge. After settling in, you will have lunch and thereafter go on an afternoon game drive.

Located between Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara, Chem Chem is a small, intimate lodge that sits on a 400 hectare private conservancy. The lodge offers just eight tented suites that include one family tent.

Day 3 - Full day in Tarangire

 Tarangire National Park is famous for its large elephant herds and its picturesque landscape dotted with baobab trees. Tarangire is one of the least visited parks in northern Tanzania yet its dense population of game from July – November is second only to the Serengeti. 

You have the day to enjoy the surrounds of the lodge, take a game drive, have a guided walking safari, tracking with the Maasai and to wind down, enjoy one complimentary massage per person.

Day 4 - Full day in Tarangire

 As the sun rises above the ancient baobab trees, venture out into Tarangire in search of lion and cheetah whilst large herds of elephant roam the park en route to their favourite swamp. You may like to spend the full day game viewing in the park with a picnic lunch to be enjoyed at a dramatic look out or you may prefer to incorporate some leisure time at your lodge between morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 5 - Tarangire to Serengeti

 You will be transferred to Lake Manyara airstrip for your flight to the Maswa Concession, South Serengeti. The flight departs at 09.50 and arrives in Maswa at 10:15. On arrival you will be met by a lodge representative who will transfer you to the lodge with game viewing on the way. 

Enjoy lunch at the camp before embarking on an afternoon game drive.

Day 6 - Full day in the Serengeti

Day 7 - Full day in the Serengeti

 Another day to explore the Southern Serengeti plains and a complimentary 45 minute spa treatment per guest.

Day 8 - Serengeti - Arusha - Depart

 This morning you will be transferred to the airstrip to connect with your scheduled flight to Arusha departing at 1030 and arriving in at 1140.  You will be met on arrival and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge for lunch and optional use of a day room. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight.
