Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you are met and transferred to your hotel.

Elegant, old-worldly, with a touch of Paris here and a touch of London there, a dash of New York cosmopolitanism and a big splash of Italian exuberance, the city also has a strong Latin America personality as well as uniquely Argentine elements such as tango bars. Here, everything is grand, on a scale fit for kings: Tourists photograph vast steaks at restaurants, Nueve de Julio avenue ranks as the world’s widest, a cemetery so fancy that it occupies one of the poshest parts of the poshest neighborhood, while the entire city fronts onto the world’s widest river. Buenos Aires never fails to impress.

Day 2 - Buenos Aires City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.

Familiarize yourself with some of the most recognizable landmarks in the ‘Paris of the South’ during a guided half-day Buenos Aires city tour. This tour includes the most historic areas of Buenos Aires. Starting in Plaza de Mayo, the political heart of the city, this square was designed by Don Juan de Garay in 1580. Continue to La Boca, the tough port barrio (neighborhood) and colorful working-class area of Buenos Aires, and finally Puerto Madero, the city’s newest district whose red-brick warehouses have been transformed into trendy restaurants and bars. Board a ferry in Puerto Madero for a 20-minute boat ride on the Río de la Plata (River Plate) to see the city from a completely different angle.

Return to the hotel, where you have time at leisure.

An evening of intimate music and dance awaits at Rojo Tango, a unique venue located inside Faena Universe, in Puerto Madero. Following a private venue transfer without a guide, a tango show awaits at the Philippe Stark designed cabaret for a performance filled with fantasy, sensuality, and nostalgia

Rojo Tango’s vanguard show recreates the age when tango was danced on the streets of Buenos Aires. Talented dancers, musicians, and singers leave guests breathless, while the Faena’s gastronomic offering teams aromas and textures with some of Argentina’s finest sparkling wines.

After the show, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 4 - Panoramic Views of Iguassu Falls

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Iguazu.
Flight Buenos Aires/Puerto Iguazu (Argentina side) not included.
Iguaçu Falls is right on the border of the State of Parana and is one of the most famous attractions of Brazil. The 275 massive waterfalls sit in Argentina and Brazil and provide vastly different views and experiences, no matter the side.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas (Brazilian side). It is located within Brazil’s Iguassu National Park, Belmond Hotel das Cataratas enjoys an unrivalled location just a short stroll from the sensational waterfalls, and guests have exclusive access even when the park is closed to other visitors.
A Portuguese-colonial residence, this is one of the most inspiring hotels in Brazil. The classic ambiance is redolent of lazy days lounging on a veranda or beneath sub-tropical palms.
After check-in, we will go for a walking tour from the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas. You will take a descending trail of the canyon, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of more than 240 falls. You will board a glass elevator, which takes us to a platform where more exquisite views will be revealed.

Day 5 - Argentine Falls National Park

After breakfast, depart for an amazing tour of the Argentine Falls National Park.
At the park entrance, a small train takes visitors on a tour through the park, making 2 stops: upper and lower circuit. Follow the walkways to the top of the waterfalls that provide spectacularly unique views of the ‘Cataratas’, amidst the abundant nature filled with orchids, colorful birds and other wildlife. The highlight of the trip is a visit to the suspended platform at the very brink of the Devil’s Throat – the largest waterfall.

After the visit to the Argentina side, the big adventure begins at the Macuco Safari entrance gates, inside the Iguassu National Park. You will embark in open jeep-towed wagons permitting a free view of the scenery along the trail. During the three kilometers stretch through the jungle, multi-lingual guides point out and explain the flora and fauna of the Park.

Day 6 - Welcome to Rio de Janeiro!

Meet your tour conductor at the Rio de Janeiro airport and transfer to the selected hotel.
Your tour director will provide you with some introductory information about Rio de Janeiro as you arrive. You will see the famous Tijuca Rainforest that hosts the Christ Redeemer statue.

Day 7 - Sugar Loaf Mountain

Visit Urca district, where a cable car rides up Sugar Loaf Mountain which rises 396m above the harbor and delivers incredible views.

Day 8 - Embrace Rio de Janeiro

Today, you will see why Rio is considered one of the most naturally beautiful cities in the world. The exceptional urban setting encompassing the key natural elements that have shaped and inspired the development of the city: from the highest points of the Tijuca National Park’s mountains down to the sea is considered by UNESCO of value to global heritage. This also includes the Botanical Gardens, established in 1808, Corcovado Mountain with its celebrated statue of Christ, and the hills around Guanabara Bay, as well as the extensive designed landscapes along Copacabana Bay that contributes to the outdoor living culture of the city. These natural features of Rio are among the most popular mentions in famous classic Brazilian songs of all genres.
Today we’ll visit the famous Christ-the-Redeemer statue. From the top of Corcovado, the views are breathtaking.

Then, continues to Santa Teresa district. The neighborhood is located on Morro do Desterro (Exile Hill), which during the XVIII century served as a convent. The hill is in the heart of the city and has been well-maintained in order to preserve aspects of Old Rio. Artists and bohemians go to Santa Teresa because of its architectural and cultural charm. Old-fashion cable cars maneuver the narrow streets and are considered one of the city’s historical heritages.

The fisrt stop is the Castelinho. We will stop by Ruins Park where visitors can enjoy views of Rio de Janeiro. Afterwards, Chacará do Céu Museum, which has a very interesting collection of Brazilian and European art.

The tour continues to Largo do Guimarães, the heart of the neighborhood, with several art studios, bars and restaurants. After this, guests will feel as if they know a little more about the history and culture of Rio de Janeiro.
