Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to Santiago
Upon arrival at Santiago International Airport, you will be met by a local representative who will assist and transfer you to your hotel. Early Check-in has been guaranteed for your immediate use of it, and start feeling the local atmosphere and service, this way to be prepared for the afternoon activity. We recommend having lunch at the hotel (not included).
In the afternoon, you’ll get to experience one of the most developed cities in South America. Santiago combines the urban and the classic, in both its architecture and atmosphere. This heritage comes to life through iconic city sights such as the Moneda Presidential Palace, designed by the Italian designer, Joaquin Toesca. From 1845 to 1930 the building actually served as a presidential residence. What were once grand living quarters are now the offices of Cabinet ministers. The Plaza de Armas is the city’s most famous square, surrounded by important and beautiful buildings such as the Cathedral and Central Post Office. A few blocks away you’ll find the Pre-Columbian Museum with over 700 exhibits of pre-hispanic artwork and relics from diverse cultures including the Mayans, Aztecs and the Mapuches - from the south of Chile. One of the most important parts of the city is San Cristobal Hill. The hill is recognised as one of the largest urban parks, topped by a stunning 72-foot tall statue of the Virgin Mary. This tour shows you the different contrasts of the city, taking you on a trip through the Santiago of yesteryear to the modern metropolis it is today.

As you climb the stairs or head up in one of the infamous funiculars, you are greeted by incredible views of the bay and surrounding German-style homes. A highlight of this tour is visiting the home of Chile’s Nobel Prize-winning poet, Pablo Neruda. Enjoy one last glimpse of the coast before heading inland to the Casablanca Valley for a wine tasting at Casas del Bosque. After your wine tasting, continue to Tanino restaurant where you enjoy a fresh, creative lunch made with local ingredients and paired with a delicious wine.

Welcome to San Carlos de Bariloche!
Guarded by majestic mountains and Lake Nahuel Huapi, Bariloche stands proudly as the gateway to the stunning Lake District. This city has strong ties to central Europe as many families immigrated from Germany, Switzerland and Northern Italy over the past century. Their influence is easily found in the local culture and, of course, in the mountain-style architecture.
Bariloche is one of Argentina’s most exciting resorts, it offers mountain resort activities and every season is distinctively charming. Summer is best for outdoor activities and sports such as trout fishing, horseback riding, rafting, trekking and hiking. Enjoy lazy days relaxing on the lake or river beaches or active hikes in the mountains. In winter, Cerro Catedral is visited by increasing numbers of winter sports enthusiasts every year; it is the largest and most developed ski resort in South America with 600 hectares (1,482 acres) of snow.

Day 6 - Full-day Trek up Cerro Bellavista
This full-day trek up Cerro Bellavista (beautiful view hill) is the ideal way to get close to local alpine fauna and flora, such as the large Patagonian woodpecker and amancay wildflowers, while enjoying some spectacular views. Drive up to the start point at 850 meters above sea level (2,600 feet) for an introductory talk before starting off at a slow pace to warm up. The adventure kicks off walking through the woods, following a trail surrounded by thick vegetation. A gentle slope leads you to the first lookout (about 50 minutes); from there, continue ascending until you reach the second part of the trail surrounded by tall lenga (lenga beech) trees (about 40 minutes). When crossing the tree line (1,600 meters above sea level, 4,800 feet) vegetation yields the center stage to fresh air and panoramic views (about 30 minutes). After a three-hour walk, reach the pre-summit where views do justice to the name of this hill, offering postcard-like pictures. As you relax in the peace and beauty of the surroundings, enjoy a delicious box lunch with charcuterie soft drinks. The return along the same trail takes about two and a half hours. The difficulty level is medium, the minimum age is 12 years old, and it requires a good fitness level. Wear trekking shoes, synthetic warm clothing, and a small backpack for personal belongings such as sunglasses, hat, gloves, and sunscreen.

Day 7 - Enjoy a Horseback Ride
The history and development of Patagonia is deeply connected to the early pioneers who settled on estancias (ranches) in the vast expanses of the Patagonian steppe and the green valleys around the lakes. These pioneers adopted the Gaucho’s ways of handling the sheep and cattle in these remote areas.
This heritage of more than 100 years of traditions is still very much alive in daily life.
Today discover a hidden gem as you share a two-hour horseback ride along native woodland trails with incredible views of the mountains and lakes. On return to the homestead, leave the horses at the stables and learn about the drinking of “mate” with the gaucho. After exploring the corrals and shearing stables enjoy a typical lunch accompanied by wine.
After lunch, you can relax while enjoying the view or choose between several trekking circuits.
Overnight: Llao Llao Golf & Spa

Welcome to Buenos Aires!
Elegant, old-worldly, with a touch of Paris here and a touch of London there, a dash of New York cosmopolitanism and a big splash of Italian exuberance, the city also has a strong Latin America personality as well as uniquely Argentine elements such as tango bars. Here, everything is grand, on a scale fit for kings: Tourists photograph vast steaks at restaurants, Nueve de Julio avenue ranks as the world’s widest, a cemetery so fancy that it occupies one of the poshest parts of the poshest neighborhood, while the entire city fronts onto the world’s widest river. Buenos Aires never fails to impress.

Day 9 - City Tour in Buenos Aires
Familiarize yourself with some of the most recognizable landmarks in the ‘Paris of the South’ during a guided half-day Buenos Aires city tour. This tour includes the most historic areas of Buenos Aires. Starting in Plaza de Mayo, the political heart of the city, this square was designed by Don Juan de Garay in 1580. Continue to La Boca, the tough port barrio (neighborhood) and colorful working-class area of Buenos Aires, and finally Puerto Madero, the city’s newest district whose red-brick warehouses have been transformed into trendy restaurants and bars. Board a ferry in Puerto Madero for a 20-minute boat ride on the Río de la Plata (River Plate) to see the city from a completely different angle.
Return to the hotel, where you have time at leisure.
An evening of intimate music and dance awaits at Rojo Tango, a unique venue located inside Faena Universe, in Puerto Madero. Following a private venue transfer without a guide, a tango show awaits at the Phillippe Stark designed cabaret for a performance filled with fantasy, sensuality and nostalgia.
Rojo Tango’s vanguard show recreates the age when tango was danced on the streets of Buenos Aires. Talented dancers, musicians and singers leave guests breathless, while the Faena’s gastronomic offering teams aromas and textures with some of Argentina’s finest sparkling wines.
