Itinerary

Day 1 - Welcome to São Paulo!

Meet your tour director at São Paulo airport and transfer to the selected hotel:
Six Senses Botanique (located 1 hour from the airport)
Six Senses Botanique (Premium Program).
Built from indigenous materials such as jacaranda and chocolate slate, the Six Senses Botanique is located around 1 hour from Sao Paulo International airport, in Campos dos Jordão city, in the confluence of three river valleys in the heart of the Mantiqueira Mountains. These are known as the “mountains that weep” due to the abundance of springs and rivers and indeed it is here that you’ll enjoy endless sunny days, integrating mountain serenity with local features and modern luxuries.
The boutique resort is blessed with seven water springs inside the property, so the hotel is able to provide guests with its own mineral water (the best drink in the house!). The hotel has as well a water treatment station so we can return clean water back to nature. There are seven large suites in the main building, all designed to reveal a breathtaking view. Within the grounds, the 13 villas provide complete privacy as they are discreetly placed and individually protected by gorgeous trees and flowers.

L’Hotel Porto Bay (Affordable Deluxe Program):
Located in Alameda Campinas, 50 metres from Avenida Paulista, and close to the best restaurants, bars, museums, and luxury shops, the L’Hotel PortoBay São Paulo lets you be right in the centre without the hustle and bustle of the great main avenue.

L’Hotel PortoBay is a boutique hotel with 84 rooms, a restaurant, a spa, an indoor heated pool, a gym, a lounge, a bar, and a large facility to hold events and meetings.
The stylishness of this hotel in European style is fused with the demanding quality of service and comfort. In the lobby, there is a small showroom for the big luxury brands, in addition to a collection of art pieces, such as a Flemish tapestry made in Brussels in the second half of the 16th century which was bought at an auction at Christie’s in London.

Here you will be met by your local tour director at the airport and brought to the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas, located right inside the Brazilian Falls National Park. This is the only hotel located within Brazil’s Iguassu National Park, for which the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas enjoys an unrivalled location just a short stroll from the sensational waterfalls. Enjoy exclusive access to these magnificent evening and dawn sights, when the park is closed to others.
After checking in, enjoy a guided walking tour of the Brazilian Falls and a visit to the beautiful Bird’s Park. We will take a descending trail of the canyon, from where we can enjoy panoramic views of more than 240 falls. We will board a glass elevator, which takes us to a platform where more exquisite views will be revealed. Along with its “sister” park in Argentina, The Iguassu National Park forms the most significant remaining rainforest in the southern cone of South America, which along with the waterfalls has been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Bird Park gives the opportunity to experience the flora and fauna firsthand. By following the trails through the forest, visitors will have the opportunity to closely spot native Brazilian bird species, some of which are classified as endangered.
Back to your hotel is time to indulge in tranquil rainforest massage treatments, specially developed to soothe tired muscles and restore a feeling of well-being. Cataratas Spa is positioned between the lush jungle and the magnificent Iguassu Falls. Incorporating responsibly harvested rainforest ingredients, their treatments awaken body and mind with the energizing force of the Amazon (not included).
