No.25 El Chato, Bogotá: Chef Álvaro Clavijo is the creative force behind this contemporary Colombian bistro paying homage to the producers he works with. Committed to redefining local flavors, Clavijo routinely explores his country looking for new produce to include on the seasonal à la carte and tasting menus, which may feature the likes of chicken hearts with candied native potato and suero costeño, a fermented-milk-based condiment; mussels with coconut rice and arracacha, a root vegetable; and lobster with tamarind and ant.

Expanding Air Connectivity in Colombia!

We are happy to share that more air routes are opening every day in Colombia.

• Emirates inaugurated daily flights connecting Bogota and Dubai, with a stopover in Miami.
• Avianca has new routes:
Medellin - Buenos Aires, with 7 weekly frequencies.
Medellin - Santiago, with 4 weekly frequencies.
Medellin - Lima, with 3 weekly frequencies.

And 2 new direct routes from Bogota:
*Bogota-Paris: flights will operate three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, but they are expected to increase to five flights a week by mid-July.
*Bogota-Chicago: starting October 27th, this route will operate 7 times a week.
