Itinerary
Head out into the countryside to explore small villages of central Vietnam by bicycle. Pedal along a gentle route that takes you through pastoral land and agricultural communities. Discover the ins and outs of rice farming and visit some of the mushroom houses along the way. Turn onto some smaller village trails to observe the residents’ humble lifestyles and traditions. Pass by a local market and some family temples to learn how local families worship their ancestors. Make your way towards a remote village surrounded by sprawling rice paddies to see a well-preserved 18th-century wooden bridge that resembles the famous Japanese Covered Bridge of Hoi An, but is far less frequented. Stop for a refreshing drink break before returning to Hue.
